Contracts

Contracts in Dynamic Workforce have three values: Hourly payment, Payment on Completion, and Maximum Payment.

Hourly payment is the amount of money the employee will earn for every hour they work on the assignment. This value may be more or less than the employee's base salary.

Payment on Completion is the bonus the employee earns when the assignment is marked complete by the employer.

Maximum Payment is the maximum an employee can earn from a given assignment. This puts a limit on the bonus they can obtain by spending excess time on a project.

However, an employee will NOT earn less than their base salary per hour, even if they go over the Maximum Payment value on an assignment.

These rules, when combined, ensures that an employee does not earn less than their normal hourly wage, but adds extra incentive to complete projects more efficiently.


Dynamic Workforce's "Smart Calculation" system automatically creates contracts that benefit the employee the most when they complete a project in a given timespan.

"Ideal Time" is the number of hours that the employee should put in. This ensures that the job is not rushed. Up until this point, the employee will earn more the more time they spend. After this point, the bonus begins to diminish.

At "Maximum Time", the bonus is reduced to zero. If they spend longer than this on the project, they will obtain only their base salary and not recieve any bonuses.

Urgency percentage allows you to set how much you want to focus on getting the project done quickly. If urgency is high, the employee will benefit greatly from finishing the project as quickly as possible. If urgency is low, finishing quickly will not greatly increase their bonus.
